Refund Policy

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds and cancellations are governed by Dodo Payments' consumer terms, and the policy below aligns with those terms.
1. Try before you pay
The Free plan includes the full core application for up to 5 patients with no time limit, so you can evaluate TeethPlanning on real work before subscribing.
2. Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. The refund window expires 14 days after the day the transaction is completed. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to submit your request before the 14-day period ends.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@teethplanning.com with the email address you purchased with, or use the support options in your Dodo Payments receipt email. We will initiate the refund with Dodo Payments.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, processed by Dodo Payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the refund is agreed.
5. Renewals and cancellation
Subscription renewals are not automatically refundable. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before the end of the current billing period — cancellation takes effect at the next billing date, and your clinic returns to the Free plan. Your records remain on your machine either way.
